Prior to doing a TPMS relearn procedure on any vehicle always check to be sure the tires are all inflated to the manufacturers suggested pressure.  These suggested pressures can be found on the driver side door placard near the VIN plate.

The TPMS sensor that is used in 2010 Ram Series is the Schrader 20398. The valve stem is black and made out of rubber.

The valve stem can be removed from the sensor body and replaced with another rubber one.
